Do I Qualify for Services?

In order to qualify for supported employment services, you must be of working age and qualify for employment services through the Missouri Division of Vocational Rehabilitation or day habilitation services through the Department of Mental Health. You also must live in either St. Louis City, St. Louis County or St. Charles County. 

Please contact your Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor or Department of Mental Health Service Coordinator to check your eligibility status. A face-to-face meeting between all parties may be required to determine qualification for services.
